REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel completely satisfied with the products you have purchased for your home. Our products are carefully crafted and curated to suit different design aesthetics while being highly functional. Each of our products goes through a stringent quality check before we bring it home to you.

 

In case you are dissatisfied with the product you can return at the same time of delivery. If you wish to return after the delivery within 14 days then the following criteria is applicable. Make sure to include the original invoice, any accessories included in the product, promotional gifts if any and warranty cards that came with your order.

Exclusions

Please note that we do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Products that are damaged by misuse or products that show signs of wear and tear even if they are still within the warranty period.
  • Used, altered, assembled or installed products, unless they have any manufacturing defects.
  • Mattresses, bathroom fittings, bath products like bathrobes, towels etc., bedding, pillows, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam, kids’ products cannot be returned once such products are removed from their packaging.
  • Products that have already been assembled cannot be returned unless our delivery team determines that there is a manufacturing defect. We will repair or replace such defective products at our discretion after understanding the nature and extent of damage.
  • We currently do not offer product exchange service. However, you may return the product first (provided the return is acceptable) and purchase what you wish instead.

Once you raise a return request, our delivery team may take 3-5 business days to pick-up your returns. Your refund will be processed after our team has assessed the item and confirmed that there is a manufacturing defect. Refunds process takes 7 to 10 working days from the day we receive the item back in warehouse. We will not make cash refunds. In case of Cash orders, you may submit a copy of your Emirates ID and we will issue a cheque refund and deliver it to you.

How long will it take for me to receive refund?

Our refund process takes 4 to 8 working days from the day we receive the item back in the warehouse. We do not offer Cash refunds. In case of orders paid in cash, you may submit a copy of your Emirates ID and we’ll issue a cheque refund and deliver it to your doorstep.

Can products I purchased on discount be returned in whole or in part?

Yes, you can return products you purchased on discount but you will lose the discount.

Can I return a product that was part of a buy 1 get 1 free offer or a combo promo?

Return in part will not be possible in such case. You may give our customer support team a call or raise a return request online.

My order value qualified me for free shipping but I wish to return part of the order. Will shipping charges be deducted?

Yes, we will deduct shipping charges and Cash on delivery charges from the refund amount.

I paid for my order online using my credit/debit card. If I were to make a return, how long will it take for my refund to get credited in my account?

If you paid by credit/debit card, it will take 3-5 business days for us to receive the returned product and another 2 business days to check the quality of the item and then process the refund. Your bank may take up to 7-10 business days to process the transaction.

Will my VAT be refunded when I return a product?

Yes, your VAT will be refunded too. Please be sure to include your invoice when making the return.

If I were to pay for my order partly using my credit/debit card and partly using my Danube Home wallet, how will my refund be calculated?

The amount you paid by card will be refunded to your bank account in 7-10 business days depending on your bank and the amount paid from the Danube Home wallet will be credited to the wallet in 48 hours. You can also opt to get the full refund to your Danube Home wallet.

Payments made using the Danube Home wallet will not be credited to your bank account.

How can I use my Credit Note?

Credit Note must be used on the website within 6 months. Online credit cannot be used in the showroom. Email us at [email protected] or whatsapp us on 971502777088 with the details of the product you wish to buy using the credit note.

Please note credit request may take 2 working days to be fulfilled.
